While his Gloucester rugby teammates prepare for the next game, Jake Polledri is busy in his garage. This is the headquarters of Just Pressed Cider, his new company, conceived in the first lockdown and expanding due to a knee injury to keep him off the field and focus on other pursuits.

The Rugby Players Association advises us to look into business ideas so that there is something after rugby and this is a rare chance to advance an idea that has been in the pipeline for two years.
